Individual Counseling

Individual counseling offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may take place in person, as a walk in nature, via Zoom, or by phone.


Alongside traditional talk therapy, I incorporate a holistic approach that may include creative expression, dream work, guided reflection, and intuitive tools such as oracle cards. These practices can help access deeper layers of insight, meaning, and self-understanding—especially during times of transition, grief, or identity shift. We move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your story, and what feels right for you.

Grief Counseling

Grief affects the whole person…heart, body, mind, and spirit. Grief counseling offers compassionate support as you navigate the loss of a loved one, whether your grief is recent or long-held.


In our work together, I may draw on expressive and symbolic practices such as ritual, dream exploration, art, or intuitive reflection to help you stay connected to your loved one while also finding grounding and meaning in a changed world. My role is to walk beside you as you honor what has been lost and discover what wants to gently emerge.

Support Groups

Support groups offer a space to connect with others who may be walking a similar path. These gatherings transform what can feel like an isolating experience into a shared journey rooted in listening, compassion, and mutual understanding.


Group experiences may include guided reflection, creative expression, and meaning-making practices that support connection…both with yourself and with others, while honoring each person’s unique process.
